I have chosen the Mayfield Education & Research Foundation of Cincinnati, Ohio as an organization I want donation money to support for several reasons. Mayfield Clinic’s Dr. Vincent DiNapoli treated my mom when she was diagnosed and underwent surgery for her glioblastoma. Additionally, Mayfield Education & Research Foundation is recognized as one of the nation’s leading organizations for clinical care, education, and research of the spine and brain.
Many of Mayfield’s neurosurgeons have invented and pioneered surgical procedures and surgical instruments that have revolutionized neurosurgery for brain tumors and neurovascular diseases and disorders. These advances in medicine have played a substantial role in standardizing the treatment of brain tumors and other neurovascular diseases.
Your donation to Mayfield Education & Research Foundation will fund GBM research with the goal to increase the life expectancy of patients diagnosed with GBM, and the overall dream to cure GBM.
